though I'm only a green belt, I feel like I lack in moving whenever I spar. do you know what I can do to improve my foot work?

Don’t stop kicking. If you find yourself stuck, don’t let the enemy know and by god don’t let the instructors know. Also, if you frequently kick, people will start thinking your really good at it and be kinda scared of you; therefore, don’t want to spar you. That takes away their confidence and makes it easier to spar them. If you frequently kick they will also avoid you, giving you more room to move. If you can’t move due to fear, play some VR horror games. That will help remove fear. Anywell, good luck on your journey to black belt! P.S, I’m only an associate black, but I don’t think anyone else is active
Thanks, I'll try to do so if I can. I'm not as big on stamina so I'll try my best!
Neither am I lol
I know this is necroposting, I am a black belt candidate(about to be black belt), and what I like to teach others is that you should try to keep your arms near your body, unless for a punch and those should be quick and precise, move in a circle and change direction constantly, if your opponent backs up use that as an advantage to try to get them to mess up by doing things such as lunges. Always if you can do double kicks and aim for the head with kicks because that is less expected.
I think maybe try and use a sine wave motion to get more power when you have more time, and probably slip your front foot for punches. Maybe try leg-muscle balances too (i.e keeping the leg straight at different heights while kicking for at least 5 seconds). Sorry I necropost a lot
Stay on the balls of your feet and never stand still.
What do you think?
