Like a C Shape Punch, a Fork Punch is a punch made with two hands. In a C Shape Punch, one arm is above the other so that the arms look like a C shape when viewed from the side of the puncher. Conversely, in a Fork Punch the two arms are held side-by-side, like the prongs of a fork held in front of the puncher. (So if viewed from above the puncher, this too might look like a C shape.) Usually the body is held turned somewhat to one side, so that one arm is punching outward farther than the other. The two punches are both aimed at the same height.
