The Heel Kick (also uncommonly called Wheel Kick or Stiff-Leg Heel Kick) is an uncommon kick performed almost exactly like a Hook Kick. The kick begins by raising the kicking leg, horizontally, to one side of an opponent's head, then making the leg move horizontally to the other side, with the heel as the striking surface and the leg unbending.

  • The heel kick can be applied going down at an angle, making it a downward heel kick.
