Knee Break in Koryo

A Knee Break (not to be confused with a Knee Strike), (also called mureup kukki) is a hand strike in which the opponent's knee is grabbed from underneath with one hand while the other hand (in an Arc Hand position) strikes downward onto the opponent's knee. The hand that is holding underneath the opponent's knee should come up to about the elbow of the striking arm.
