In the Assisting Stance (also called kyeotdari seogi) most of the weight is on one foot, assisted only partially by the other foot for balance. Both knees are bent. The primary foot is flat on the floor. The heel of the assisting foot is lifted. Both feet are pointed forward. The assisting foot is slightly behind the primary foot, with the toe touching the primary foot.
