A Simultaneous Punch is a punch made with both arms simultaneously.

  • One shoulder is turned slightly forward. For that punching arm, the elbow is slightly bent.
  • For shoulder which is slightly turned to the rear, the punching arm is straight, so that both fists are extended the same amount.

This is completely the opposite of a Fork Punch, in which the rear shoulder's arm is bent, and the front shoulder's arm is straight.

The Simultaneous Punch appears, for example, in the form Sipjin
