In the more recent years Brazilian jiu-jitsu was also used in the curriculum. It was created in 2005 and developed as a hybrid martial art while having a strong foundation and structure in traditional martial arts. For all intents and purposes this martial arts can be summed up as a mixed martial art with a strong foundation in Tang Soo Do which is the Korean variant of Shotokan Karate.
