High, Twin-Fist Vertical Punch
A Twin Fist Vertical Punch is two Vertical Punches performed simultaneously with both fists. This punch is seen, for example, in the forms Joong-Gun and Ge-Baek. In these forms is is performed as a high punch, in which case the fists are not held entirely vertical.
