UFAF Bo Form is a martial arts form practiced with a Bo Staff in Chun Kuk Do, an offshoot of taekwondo. UFAF stands for United Fighting Arts Federation, the governing body for Chun Kuk Do. In Chun Kuk Do, the UFAF forms are learned after many of the Traditional Taekwondo forms; it is considered an advanced form. The forms in the UFAF series are:
- UFAF Form 1
- UFAF Form 2
- UFAF Form 3
- UFAF Bo Form - performed with a Bo Staff
