Universal Tae Kwon Do Federation

The Universal Tae Kwon Do Federation (UTF) is a small federation of taekwondo schools. It practices ITF-style taekwondo. The UTF was founded in 1981 by HAN, Cha-kyo. The UTF is headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
